We use your information to process orders and payments, manufacture and deliver custom jewellery, verify warranty eligibility for the original purchaser named on the invoice, administer resizing, cleaning, inspection, exchange, deposit and layaway records, respond to enquiries, meet legal, tax and accounting obligations, and, where you have consented, send marketing communications.
We collect, use and disclose personal information with your consent or as otherwise permitted under Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and British Columbia's Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA). You may withdraw marketing consent at any time. Withdrawal does not affect information we must retain to service existing orders, warranties or legal obligations.
We share personal information only as needed with payment processors, shipping and courier partners, insurers, diamond suppliers, gemmological laboratories, appraisers, manufacturing and repair partners, and professional advisers. We require these parties to protect your information and use it only for the purpose provided. We do not sell your personal information.
Because our warranty is lifetime and tied to the original purchaser named on the invoice, we retain purchase and service records for as long as necessary to honour that warranty and to meet legal and tax requirements.
We use reasonable administrative, physical and technical safeguards to protect personal information against loss, theft, unauthorized access, disclosure, copying, use and modification. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
