At SMC Diamonds, we understand that investing in fine jewelry is a meaningful decision. To make your experience smooth and secure, we offer a clear and fair deposit policy for custom orders and selected in-store pieces.
How It Works:
A minimum 25% deposit is required to initiate a custom jewelry order or to reserve a specific in-store item.
This deposit secures your design and allows us to begin the production or customization process.
The remaining balance must be paid in full before final delivery or pickup.
Can I Change My Mind?
Deposits are non-refundable once production or sourcing has begun.
However, we offer a one-time design change within 48 hours of placing your deposit, free of charge.
If you wish to upgrade your order or diamond, your deposit will be applied toward the new total.
