📌 Note: Not all ring designs can be resized. Eternity bands, tension settings, or rings with complex stone arrangements may not qualify for resizing. In such cases, we will offer alternative solutions.

If you're outside Vancouver, we’ll assist you in securely shipping the ring back to us for resizing. Return shipping fees may apply.

We'll assess the ring, confirm the new size, and get it back to you quickly, fitting as perfectly as your forever.

If you need a resize after the 30-day window, we still offer resizing services at a minimal cost. And remember, our rings come with lifetime support and complimentary resizing included with your purchase, subject to our warranty terms.
