Fraud Warning Disclaimer

We appeal to you to watch out against impostors, including fake representatives from our affiliations and agents who present themselves in our companies as individuals claiming to belong. The scammers try to persuade you to submit personal data or make orders by gifting you through schemes on purported business opportunities presented on your behalf.

What to Look For:

• They may contact you via email, text message, phone, or social media, claiming to be a representative of our company.
• They might ask you to click on a suspicious link, buy something to receive a “gift,” or request that people in your network go and share spam links with them.
• These are fraudulent requests and offers. We would advise you to ignore any suspicious messages or invitations.

The Security of Our Customers: SMC Diamonds cares about its customer protection.  Criminal or civil sanctions may be instituted against offenders who commit these crimes. We work closely with local law enforcement officials and will take appropriate action for these crimes.

What to Do If Fraud Exists:

• So never click on any such link and refrain from sharing your details.
• Immediately report to us at info@smcdiamonds.ca any fraudulent offer or suspicious activity.
• Consider contacting your local police or other relevant authorities.
