Responsible Sourcing
We source diamonds and gemstones through established suppliers and expect them to comply with the Kimberley Process and applicable law. We do not knowingly deal in conflict diamonds, and we will not misrepresent a stone's origin.
Honest Disclosure
Every stone is described accurately as natural or lab-grown, and any treatment or enhancement is disclosed. A certified centre diamond's carat weight, colour, clarity and other grading specifications remain exactly as shown on its independent grading report.
Transparent Pricing
You see the price, the taxes, the deposit and the payment terms in writing before you commit. We quote before any chargeable work. We do not add charges you have not approved.
Approval Before Manufacturing
Nothing goes into production until you approve the final CAD rendering, metal type and purity, ring size, stone specifications, engraving, price and estimated timeline in writing. CAD renderings are digital representations, and colours, reflections, proportions and fine finishing details may appear different in the finished piece.
Craftsmanship, Honestly Described
Our jewellery is individually cast, stone-set, polished and hand-finished, so small variations are part of the process. We publish our tolerances openly: gold weight, dimensions and total accent-diamond weight may vary by up to 5% from the CAD rendering or listed specification.
Care for the Long Term
We stand behind our workmanship with a limited lifetime warranty against verified manufacturing defects, one complimentary lifetime resizing, one complimentary standard engraving and one complimentary cleaning and inspection each calendar year.
Clear Policies, No Fine Print Games
Our terms are published in full, in plain language. All completed sales are final and deposits are non-refundable once paid, and we tell you that before you pay rather than after. Nothing in our policies excludes or restricts a consumer right that cannot legally be waived under British Columbia or Canadian law.
Privacy and Discretion
Your purchase is personal. We handle client information carefully and share it only as needed to fulfil an order or service, in line with our Privacy Policy.
